Grass Fed Beef

We began raising our herd of 50 grass fed cattle on our organic farm in 2009.  Since then, our stock has grown to over 650 head of cattle, and we have joined a growing network of meat producers that share our same stringent standards of animal welfare and land management.   


Producers: Our network of farmers produce the highest quality 100% grass fed beef, which is free of antibiotics and hormones, with animal welfare remaining our number one priority. If you are a farmer interested in joining our program, please email From there we will begin our evaluation process and subsequently schedule a farm visit with you. We also provide guidance and tutelage to farmers who are working towards meeting the requirements of our program.


Purchasing Orchard Pond Beef: 

Individual cuts of Orchard Pond beef are available for purchase at New Leaf Market, the Tallahassee Farmers' Market on on Saturday mornings between 8:00 a.m. and noon, and the Lake Ella Growers' Market on Wednesday afternoons from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m.

We also offer sides of beef.  Please email us at for pricing information and an idea of the cuts you will receive with a whole, half, or quarter cow.  Keep in mind this is a sample, and these numbers will vary depending on the weight on the hoof of each cow.
